About this item

The Husky Critter Onesie turns a soft flannel romper into an animal: a character hood, a soft tummy panel and a zip down the front — sized for babies and toddlers from 56 to 110 cm.

  • The Husky design — Huskies were bred to pull sleds over long distances in the Arctic cold, and many have blue eyes. A husky for snow days and dog-loving families.
  • The hood is the character — Each design is built into the hood — ears, horns, spines or fins stitched in place — so the animal reads from every angle, and the body stays a simple romper underneath.
  • Easy on, easy off — A zip runs down the front, which is what makes a costume usable on a wriggling baby: open it, change them, zip it back up.
  • Design — Husky
  • Fabric — 100% polyester flannel
  • Hood — Sewn-on character hood, not detachable

What owners say

  • Matches her big brother

Got this alongside the kids version so they could match. Colours are true to the photo.
    Natalie G.
  • Runs a little big

Ordered by height as suggested and it is slightly roomy, which is fine for a growing baby.
    Sarah K.
  • Gift that got worn

Bought it as a baby-shower gift and the parents sent a photo a week later. The Husky hood is very cute.
    Jessica P.
  • Blue eyes to match

Our son has pale blue eyes, so the husky was the only choice. Strangers say he looks like a sled pup.
    Ruth G.
  • First snow day

Wore it on our first proper snow day. He stayed warm in the sledge and the husky hood looked brilliant against the white.
    Brian K.
  • Size 90 at 72 cm

Roomy on him for now, with the cuffs rolled once. He will be in it until spring.
    Joanna T.
  • Our real husky approves

We have a real husky, and now a tiny one too. The two of them on the rug is our favourite photo.
    Aaron P.
  • Pointy ears

The pointy ears on the hood stand up properly and give it that husky look.
    Farah S.
  • Too warm for indoor play

The flannel is thick, so with the heating on it is too warm for a long play session indoors. We keep it for walks.
    Jade R.
  • Little sledge photos

We pulled him round the garden in a little wooden sledge for photos. Very on theme.
    Liam O.
  • Zip down the front

Unzip, change, zip back up. The front zip is the reason it gets worn so much.
    Olivia C.
  • For sled-dog friends

Friends who do canicross with their dogs had a baby. They laughed out loud at this one.
    Rosie M.
  • Most of two weeks

Tracked the whole way, though it took most of the two weeks to arrive.
    Stacey W.
  • Colours stay crisp

Cold wash, inside out and zipped. The colours still look crisp after a month of weekly washes.
    Zoe B.
  • Size 110 at 98 cm

Our 98 cm toddler fits the 110 with room for a jumper.
    Gemma W.
  • Howls on evening walks

He howls at the moon on our evening walks in it. We taught him that, sorry to the neighbours.
    Marcus A.
  • Shedding meets flannel

Our husky sheds constantly and the hair sticks to the flannel. The lint roller lives by the door now.
    Sara V.
  • Arctic birthday

Arctic-themed first birthday with a paper igloo. He was the husky, of course.
    Freya M.
  • Pram-ready on cold days

Under a blanket in the pram on icy mornings, he is snug and the hood keeps his ears covered.
    Mia J.
  • Better than costume-shop suits

Thick, soft and neatly sewn. Far nicer than the thin costumes we bought for his sister.
    Ursula H.
  • Cold-day daycare outfit

Daycare see it most cold mornings. The staff say it is the easiest outfit to change him in.
    Emma Q.
  • Hood stays put, sadly

The hood is sewn on. A detachable one would be handier in the car seat.
    Maya C.
  • Halloween husky

Easy Halloween costume, warm, comfortable, and he could still toddle up every path.
    Chloe W.
  • Grandpa's sled dog

Grandpa calls him his little sled dog and has a photo of him in it on the fridge.
    Grace T.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I order?

Go by height. Size 70 fits 56–66 cm, 80 fits 66–70 cm, 90 fits 70–80 cm, 100 fits 80–90 cm, 110 fits 90–100 cm and 120 fits 100–110 cm. Between two sizes, take the larger — it leaves room for a layer underneath.

What is it made of?

100% polyester flannel, including the hood. Machine wash cold, inside out, and zip it up first.

Can my child sleep in it?

No. It is a costume and loungewear, not sleepwear. It is a loose, hooded plush garment; children should sleep in close-fitting sleepwear with nothing near the face. Take it off before naps and bedtime, and keep an eye on a baby in it so they do not overheat.

Orders are confirmed and processed within 2–3 business days, then typically arrive within 6–12 business days (US, UK, Germany and the rest of Europe) or 8–15 business days (Canada; 7–14 elsewhere), tracked to your door. Shipping is free.
