Free shipping on every order of $29.99 or more. Orders under $29.99 ship for a flat $9.99. Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra fee.
Order confirmation and processing
After you place an order, we confirm it with our fulfilment partner and prepare it for shipping. Confirmation and processing take up to 2–3 business days. You receive an order email as soon as you check out, and a shipping email with tracking once it ships. See Business days and holidays below for what counts as a business day.
Delivery times
Once your order is confirmed, standard delivery typically arrives within 6–12 business days (US, UK, Germany and the rest of Europe) or 8–15 business days (Canada; 7–14 elsewhere), tracked all the way to your door. Express shipping, where offered at checkout, travels with priority; the carrier's estimate appears on your tracking page. Collector helmets ship in reinforced packaging within the same window.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected. The first carrier scan can take several hours to appear.
Business days and holidays
Our products are made and packed by partners in China, so we work to their calendar. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays; an order placed on one of those days is processed on the next business day. Every time this policy, our returns policy or our terms mention a business or working day, this is what it means.
Our customer service follows the same calendar. Messages sent at a weekend or during a holiday are answered on the next business day.

Dates are those set by China's State Council (official notice). Orders placed during a holiday are dispatched in order of arrival once it ends, which can add a few days at the start of the week after; the delivery estimate above starts once your order is confirmed. The 2027 dates are announced each November and will be added here as soon as they are published. Expect the longest pause around Chinese New Year, which falls on 6 February 2027.
Address changes
Write to us within two hours of ordering and we can usually still change the address. After dispatch we cannot.
Customs and import charges
Duties and import taxes are included. We ship duty-paid (DDP): any customs duty or import tax due on your parcel is paid by us before delivery, so there is nothing extra to pay at your door. We declare every parcel at its true value and cannot mark an order as a gift.
If a parcel goes missing
If tracking has not moved for seven working days, write to us with your order number. We open the claim with the carrier ourselves; you do not have to deal with them. A replacement goes out as soon as the claim is accepted, or sooner if we have the stock.
