High-torque micro motors, 2.5 N·cm each in a 10 mm package, move every panel quickly and smoothly — even under load.

At about 1,130 g with a stabilised frame and memory-foam padding, it is light enough to keep on through an event.
Seen in the wild
Overview
The Solis Aegis MK-L recreates the sleek, nano-style armour helmet at 1:1 scale — sweeping red and gold panels, narrow glowing eyes and a faceplate that splits and retracts rather than simply lifting.
It is the most talkative helmet in the range. An AI-assistant voice module answers to eight commands, from starting the system to switching combat mode and backup power, while two touch sensors and a five-button remote give silent control in a loud room.
High-torque micro motors open the faceplate in about 1.2 seconds, and a reinforced ABS shell with a metallic finish keeps the weight near 1,130 g, so it can be worn for an event as comfortably as it sits on a stand.

Every manufacturing defect and hardware failure under normal use for five years from delivery — the motorised faceplate mechanism, the voice module, the LED eyes and accent lights, the touch sensors and the remote.
Write to us with your order number and a short description; a photo or a few seconds of video helps. If something is faulty we replace it first and sort the paperwork afterwards.
Thirty days from the delivery date, for any reason. You are welcome to have tried the helmet on — that is the point of the window.
Send it back complete with the remote and accessories, in a condition that allows it to be resold. Missing parts or damage beyond normal handling may reduce the refund.

Customer reviews
Comes off in a second and snaps back straight. No fiddling with clips.
I've had heavier helmets that were a display-only purchase. This one I wear.
Works well at home, harder at a loud event. The remote covers that.
The red and gold catch the light properly. Photos don't do it justice.
I'm at the top of the range and it's comfortable.
More than I expected. The slow pulse is the one I leave it on.
Once you've done it once it takes ten seconds.
Sits on the display stand and it's the first thing people ask about.
Four days and the box was in perfect condition.
Used it once for the event and it's been on display ever since.
Voice for show, remote for when the room is loud.
Small thing that makes a big difference to how it photographs.
It lives in the box now.
Which is how I use it and how it is sold.
No grinding, no sticking.
Roomy on an average adult head. Padding out is easy.
Every single person who comes in the room asks.
And it should not be, at this size and finish. But it is a considered purchase.
Silent control, and separate buttons for the faceplate, the whole helmet, the eye colour, the eye lights and the side lights.
About eight hours of continuous use on 4 × AA cells in the helmet; the remote runs on a single AAA.
No. It is a wearable collector's piece, not safety equipment — it is not certified for riding, sport or impact protection. Enjoy it on display, at events and in photos, never on the road.
One size fits most adults: head circumferences of roughly 55–62 cm (21.5–24.5 in). The padded interior keeps it steady; take short breaks during long wear.
Not for children under 6 — it contains small parts. Older children should wear it with an adult nearby.
Every manufacturing defect and hardware failure under normal use for five years from delivery — the faceplate motors, the voice module, the LEDs, the touch sensors and the remote. Drops, liquid damage and batteries are not covered.
Wipe it with a soft microfibre cloth, avoid harsh cleaners and water, and store it somewhere cool and dry out of direct sunlight. Take the batteries out if it will sit unused for weeks.
