About this item

Solis Incline is an adjustable wooden slant board for stretching tight calves and ankles, deep knees-over-toes squats and warm-ups before a run. Set one of five angles, step on the non-slip top and lean in — then fold it flat and slide it under the sofa.

  • Solid under your weight — Eleven layers of pressed wood and reinforced hinges hold up to 300 lb, so you can stand, lunge and squat on it without a wobble.
  • Five angles, one board — Start low at 23° and work up to 45° as your calves loosen. Change the angle in seconds with the fold-out stand.
  • Wherever you stretch — Living room, office, gym or the physio's room: it weighs about 4.5 lb and folds flat with a handle.
  • Size — About 40 × 30 cm (15.75 × 11.8 in); folded about 3.6 cm (1.4 in) thick
  • Angles — 5 settings: 23°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°
  • Material — 11-ply pressed wood

Frequently asked questions

What is a slant board used for?

For calf and ankle stretches, standing hamstring stretches, heel-elevated and knees-over-toes squats, and warm-ups before running or training.

Which angle should I start with?

Start at the lowest angle (23°) and hold a gentle stretch. Move up only when it feels easy — the stretch should never be painful.

Will it slip?

The textured top grips your feet and the EVA pads grip the floor. Use it on a flat, dry floor, not on rugs or wet surfaces.

How much weight does it hold?

Up to 300 lb (136 kg).

Does it need assembly?

No. Unfold the stand to the angle you want and step on.

Can I use it with an injury?

If you are recovering from an injury or have foot, ankle or knee pain, ask your doctor or physiotherapist which exercises and angles are right for you.
