Frequently asked questions
Is it compatible with other bricks?
Yes, the bricks are standard size and fit major brick brands.
How hard are the builds?
Each day's build takes 5–15 minutes. Younger builders may need a little help with the final assembly.
When do we start opening it?
Most families open the first door on December 1st and the last on Christmas Eve — one a day. You can also start any day you like for a birthday or holiday countdown.
Is every item exactly like the photo?
The photo shows the full set. Small details such as colours or the design of individual pieces can differ slightly between batches; the number and type of surprises stay the same.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by November 9 to have it before December 1, the first door: with 4–5 business days of processing and 6–10 business days of delivery to the US, the UK, Europe and most countries. Canada and Mexico take 8–15 business days, so order by November 2 there. Orders placed by December 1 (Canada and Mexico: November 24) normally still arrive before Christmas.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 4–5 business days, then typically arrive within 6–10 business days in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, 8–15 in Canada and Mexico, tracked. Shipping is free on orders of $29 or more; below that it is a flat $9.99.
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships within 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) and is then delivered in 6–10 business days in most countries and 8–15 in Canada and Mexico — so most parcels arrive 10–15 business days after you order. Express delivery (4–5 business days) is available at checkout, and the tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order of $29 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $9.99, shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unused item in its original, undamaged packaging — no reason needed. Email us your order number first and we reply with the return address; return postage is paid by you and shipping charges are not refunded. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us and we take it back at our cost. The refund goes out within 3 business days of the return reaching us.
Is there a warranty?
Every product carries a full 1-year warranty on top of the 30-day money-back promise.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check progress any time on our Track Order page.
