You get an order confirmation by email straight away. Prices are shown in your local currency.
We prepare it
We confirm the order with our fulfilment partner in China and it ships within 2–3 business days.
Tracked to your door
A tracking number is emailed when it ships. Standard delivery takes 6–15 business days depending on the country; Express takes 4–5.
We stay with you
Questions, returns and warranty claims go to our support team at support@solisfortune.com, answered within one business day.
Our promise
If a product fails inside its warranty, or arrives damaged or wrong, we put it right at our cost. If you simply change your mind, you have thirty days to return an unopened item; return postage is yours and there is no restocking fee.
