Canada and Mexico take 8–15 business days, so order by November 2 there. Orders placed by December 1 (Canada and Mexico: November 24) normally still arrive before Christmas.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unused item in its original, undamaged packaging — no reason needed. Email us your order number first and we reply with the return address; return postage is paid by you and shipping charges are not refunded. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us and we take it back at our cost. The refund goes out within 3 business days of the return reaching us.
