Product description
Solis Cradlelift is a heated neck massage pillow you lie back on: memory foam shaped to the curve of the neck, warmth, a vibration cycle and an air chamber that slowly expands and contracts to lift and stretch. Of the three Solis neck massagers it is the lie-down one, made for a quiet 15 minutes at the end of the day.
Lift, then let go
The air chamber inside expands and contracts in a slow rhythm, lifting the curve of the neck and letting it settle again.
Warmth on both sides
Both neck rests heat up, so warmth wraps the back and sides of the neck while you lie still.
A vibration cycle
Vibration runs a set massage sequence along the back of the neck, on its own or together with heat and lift.
Soft memory foam
Slow-rebound, high-density memory foam holds its shape under the head and neck.

How do I use it?
Lie on your back on a soft, flat surface such as a yoga mat, slide the pillow up against your shoulders so the curved part sits under your neck, then hold the power button until the cycle starts.
Can I use one function at a time?
Yes. Hold the function button, then tap it to choose heat, vibration or lift.
Wireless or wired?
Wireless has a built-in 2500 mAh battery that lasts for hours and charges with the included 15 W USB-C charger, so you can use it anywhere. Wired has no battery and runs while plugged in by its cable, for $10 less.
How long should a session be?
About 10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a day. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Which Solis neck massager is right for me?
Solis Cradlelift is a heated neck pillow you lie back on, with heat, vibration and an air lift that gently stretches the neck curve. Solis Fivegrip is worn on the shoulders: two five-finger silicone hands knead the neck while the palms warm up, hands-free. Solis Pulsewing is a pocket-size EMS pad that works with gentle electrical pulses, 8 modes and 19 levels. For evenings on the sofa or bed: Cradlelift; for the desk and travel: Fivegrip; the smallest and lightest: Pulsewing.
Is it safe for everyone?
It is a comfort massager, not a medical device. Do not use it while sleeping, on injured or numb skin, or longer than a session. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, a neck injury or any medical condition, ask your doctor first.
Is it a good gift?
