About this item

Solis Gekko is a remote control lizard that walks straight up the wall. A small fan underneath holds it to smooth walls, ceilings and windows while you steer — and the cat on the floor below cannot believe what it is seeing.

Up the wall, across the ceiling — Most cat toys stay on the floor. This one climbs out of reach and back again, so the hunt goes vertical: stalk, jump, wait for it to come down.
Lights up as it crawls — The body glows in changing colours, which makes evening play — and the video you will want to film — even better.
Remote in your hand, cat on the move — You decide where it goes and how fast, so play is never the same twice. Ten minutes of wall-crawling tires out even a young, bored indoor cat.
Surfaces — Smooth, flat walls, ceilings, glass, tiles and floors (not wallpaper, brick or rough paint)
Control — Handheld remote control
Lights — Colour light modes on the body

What owners say

My cat has lost her mind
She sat under the wall for twenty minutes waiting for it to come down. Best $30 I've spent on her, and my son steals the remote every evening.

Climbs better than I expected
Went straight up our hallway wall and across the ceiling. Charge it fully first, it holds much better.
Mark D.Sample review
Great on glass, ok on paint
Perfect on the patio door and the fridge. On our matte wall it slips now and then, so pick a smooth surface.

Two cats, one gecko
Both of them hunt it together now. Bought the green one, it really looks like a lizard from across the room.

Kid approved too
Got it for the cat, my 8 year old adopted it. The lights are a nice touch at night.
Ashley P.Sample review
Fun, a bit noisy
You can hear the fan, but my cat doesn't care at all. Battery lasts a good play session.
Daniel S.Sample review
Finally something new
My cat ignores every toy after a day. A week later she still runs when she hears this one start.
Hannah W.Sample review
Filmed it, sent it to everyone
The jump when it reached the top of the wall... worth it for the video alone.
Chris M.Sample review
Pink is adorable
Works well, easy to steer. I'd love a longer charging cable but that's minor.
Megan L.Sample review
Great gift for a cat person
Bought one for my sister and one for us. Both cats obsessed.
Ryan B.Sample review
Depends on your walls
Our walls are textured so it only works on the windows. On glass it's great.
Paul G.Sample review
Keeps my indoor cat busy
Ten minutes of this and he sleeps all evening. Exactly what I needed.

Frequently asked questions

Will it really climb my wall?

Yes, on smooth, clean, flat surfaces: painted drywall with a smooth finish, glass, tiles, fridge doors. It struggles on textured paint, wallpaper, brick and dusty walls.

Is it safe for my cat?

Use it as a supervised play toy: drive it while you are there and put it away after play. Do not let a cat chew the body or the remote, and remove any loose part.

How is it charged?

With the included USB-C cable from any USB charger or laptop.

Is it loud?

You will hear the fan that holds it to the wall — a soft whirr, quieter than a hair dryer. Some cats find the sound part of the fun; a nervous cat may need a minute.

Which colour should I pick?

Green looks most like a real gecko; pink and blue stand out more on white walls. All three work the same.
