Each day's build takes 5–15 minutes. Younger builders may need a little help with the final assembly.

When do we start opening it?

Most families open the first door on December 1st and the last on Christmas Eve — one a day. You can also start any day you like for a birthday or holiday countdown.

Is every item exactly like the photo?

The photo shows the full set. Small details such as colours or the design of individual pieces can differ slightly between batches; the number and type of surprises stay the same.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by late November to be safe: with 2–3 business days of processing and 6–12 business days of US delivery, orders placed then normally arrive before December 25. Later orders may arrive after Christmas.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, then typically arrive within 6–12 business days in the US, UK and Europe, 8–15 in Canada and 7–14 in Australia and New Zealand, tracked. Shipping is free on orders of $29.99 or more; below that it is a flat $9.99.
