These terms apply to every order placed through this store.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, or stock that turns out to be unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices include applicable taxes where shown. Where a compare-at price is displayed, it refers to a genuine reference price for the same or a directly comparable product.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including measured figures where we have them. Photography is representative; slight variation in finish is normal.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Products should be used as intended and in line with their instructions and any stated age rating.
Business days
A business or working day means Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays, when our partners in China process and dispatch orders. The holiday dates are listed in our shipping policy.
