Every order ships within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) and is then delivered in 6–10 business days in most countries and 8–15 in Canada and Mexico — so most parcels arrive 8–13 business days after you order. Express delivery (4–5 business days) is available at checkout, and the tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel ships.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unused item in its original, undamaged packaging — no reason needed. Email us your order number first and we reply with the return address; return postage is paid by you and shipping charges are not refunded. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us and we take it back at our cost. The refund goes out within 3 business days of the return reaching us.
