Frequently asked questions
Is the makeup real?
Play makeup is designed for kids and washes off with soap and water. Do a small skin test first.
Will it suit a 6 or 7 year old?
Yes — it is made for girls around 5–10 who love dressing up.
When do we start opening it?
Most families open the first door on December 1st and the last on Christmas Eve — one a day. You can also start any day you like for a birthday or holiday countdown.
Is every item exactly like the photo?
The photo shows the full set. Small details such as colours or the design of individual pieces can differ slightly between batches; the number and type of surprises stay the same.

Order by late November to be safe: with 2–3 business days of processing and 6–10 business days of US delivery, orders placed then normally arrive before December 25. Later orders may arrive after Christmas.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, then typically arrive within 6–10 business days in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, 8–15 in Canada and Mexico, tracked. Shipping is free on orders of $29 or more; below that it is a flat $9.99.
How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened, unused item in its original, undamaged packaging — no reason needed. Email us your order number first and we reply with the return address; return postage is paid by you and shipping charges are not refunded. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us and we take it back at our cost. The refund goes out within 3 business days of the return reaching us.
